The Allure

Brisk, undeniably boutique, and glowing with home grown artisan prestige. While the crowd instinctively looks toward the mainstream, predictable houses of Southern England or Champagne, the true vanguard looks to the sun soaked, coastal fringes of North Norfolk. Handcrafted by the fiercely talented Robinson sisters on their family farm in North Creake, this exceptional traditional method fizz completely breaks the mold. It is an incredibly smart, vibrant expression of cool climate viticulture that balances coastal breeze energy with boutique luxury.

Why It’s Exceptional

The Taste: A beautifully delicate, shimmering pale salmon pink pour. The aromatics step elegantly forward, revealing a fragrant bouquet of fresh wild strawberries and crushed summer raspberries, laced with complex nuances of dried cherries, field flowers, and a hint of wild herbs. The palate is wonderfully light-bodied and crisp, balancing its bright red fruit core against a well defined, energetic spine of acidity, integrated with a fine, persistent mousse and a sophisticated, bready overlay.

The Pedigree: 100% Pinot Noir meticulously hand picked from the estate's highly unique, south facing 12 acre vineyard. Grown on a highly prized, free draining flint soil structure sitting over a solid chalk bedrock just four miles from the coast, the wine is handled with total artisanal care. It undergoes its secondary fermentation using the strict traditional method, spending a patient 24 months resting undisturbed on its lees to develop its elegant texture.

The Ritual: A captivating showpiece meant to inject immediate style and celebration into any gathering. Keep it perfectly chilled (8–10°C) to allow its refreshing mineral and berry layers to unfurl beautifully. While it acts as a magnificent apéritif, its vinous Pinot Noir structure lets it pair magnificently with fresh North Norfolk dressed crab, seared duck breast, or a summer charcuterie board.
