The Pedigree: A highly unique English blend of Phoenix and Seyval Blanc grapes, grown with utmost care on the family's Norfolk estate. For the 2022 vintage, the winemaking team employed the traditional double fermentation method. This bottle fermented technique brings a fantastic yeast complexity, extra flavor intensity, and a much finer bead compared to previous years.
