Why It’s Exceptional

• The Taste: A beautiful, bright straw yellow pour with an incredibly fine, persistent bead. The nose is instantly charming, leaping from the glass with fresh green apple fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it shows a wonderfully soft textured mouthfeel, keeping its frame clean as a whistle before dissolving into a remarkably pure, elegant, and delicate finish.
  
• The Pedigree: 100% Glera hand harvested in late September from highly selected hillside vineyards within the superior Valdobbiadene denomination, where the soils are characterized by rich layers of marble and clay. To preserve maximum fruit definition, thirty percent of the must undergoes a twelve hour cold maceration at six degrees Celsius. The entire lot is fermented to dryness before a precise secondary fermentation takes place in temperature controlled tanks to lock in its stunning sparkling energy.
  
• The Ritual: An absolute star as a high society welcome drink or a sophisticated afternoon toast. Serve it beautifully chilled in wide tulip glasses to allow the delicate orchard blossom and green apple aromatics to fully expand.
