The Allure
Deep, dramatic, and intensely seductive. This is the unapologetic nec plus ultra of Provence, a powerful, commanding red crafted from the absolute oldest and finest vines sitting closest to the majestic Sainte Victoire mountain. For those who live by the true Wineslut philosophy, this bottle is a rare treasure meant to be hoarded. It offers an elite, slow crafted richness that demands you put on some good music, dim the lights, and completely surrender to the moment.
Why It’s Exceptional
The Taste: An incredibly deep, ink like pour boasting a powerful and complex nose of stewed black fruits, warm spices, and sophisticated toasted oak notes, culminating in a seductive finish of rich cassis.
The Pedigree: A masterfully balanced holy trinity of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache. It undergoes a 12 day cold maceration with manual pigeage (punching down) before being aged for an extraordinary 24 months in 400 litre French oak demi muids.
The Ritual: Beautifully structured with beautifully melted, velvety tannins. It is a spectacular choice to lay down in the cellar, or to uncork tonight alongside prime cuts of red meat, wild game, or a mature, artisanal cheese board.

This red is delicious. So juicy and full of flavour. Easy to drink on its own or with food. I could easily drink far too much of this. If I could give 6 stars I would.
