It offers an elite, slow crafted richness that demands you put on some good music, dim the lights, and completely surrender to the moment.
Why It’s Exceptional

  • The Taste: An incredibly deep, ink like pour boasting a powerful and complex nose of stewed black fruits, warm spices, and sophisticated toasted oak notes, culminating in a seductive finish of rich cassis.
  • The Pedigree: A masterfully balanced holy trinity of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache. It undergoes a 12 day cold maceration with manual pigeage (punching down) before being aged for an extraordinary 24 months in 400 litre French oak demi muids.
