The Pedigree: 100 percent Zinfandel cultivated in the sun kissed vineyards of Puglia Salento region. To achieve its signature delicate hue, the fresh grape must is kept on the skins for about twelve hours at a carefully managed temperature. Following a gentle pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation at 18 to 20 degrees Celsius inside stainless steel vats to preserve its bright aromatics.
