Crafted in South Australia by the brilliantly creative duo Brendan and Laura Carter, Esoterico is a provocative, hyper stylised orange wine that completely subverts conventional winemaking. This is minimal intervention at its most thrilling, a wild, amber hued blend of classic aromatic grapes left to ferment on their skins. It is a striking, fiercely independent bottle designed to be an immediate conversation starter among the avant garde elite.

The Taste: Unapologetically complex and layered. The nose erupts with captivating notes of fragrant rose petals and bittersweet orange marmalade, leading into a highly textured palate with a savory, sapid grip and a long, smoky finish reminiscent of fine black tea.
The Pedigree: A clever, multi varietal blend of Fiano, Zibibbo, Moscato, Gewürztraminer, and Greco. Fermented on skins for two weeks using wild yeasts with zero temperature control, then matured for twelve months in a massive 3,000 litre oak foudre. It is bottled completely unfined and unfiltered for absolute, raw purity.
