Why It’s Exceptional

• The Taste: A deep, inviting ruby pour in the glass. The nose is wonderfully intense and fruit forward, bursting with aromas of jammy plum fruit and warm, savory spice. On the palate, it delivers a gorgeous, smooth textured mouthfeel filled with ripe dark berries, ending with a comforting, sweet lick of vanilla on the finish.
  
• The Pedigree: 100% Primitivo harvested in the first half of September from sun drenched vineyards in Puglia. Following a seven day maceration and a temperature controlled fermentation between 23 and 26 degrees Celsius using selected yeasts, the wine undergoes a gentle clarification. It is then aged for six months in large Slavonian oak casks to develop its rounded, velvety structure.
  
• The Ritual: An incredibly friendly, comforting red built for hearty feasts. Serve it at a cool room temperature to let the plum fruit and sweet oak spices integrate beautifully.
